Help
Left-click on the arcs to customize settings.
If the visualizer does not appear on your desktop, try the following:
• In the skin installer, mark the plugins for install and "Load included skins"
• Play music, or increase the Sensitivity if the rings are not visible enough
• Open Volume Mixer and check if Rainmeter's volume is unmuted
• Right-click the skin, click "Manage skin" and check if the skin's coordinates are not off the screen
• In the skin's settings window, set the skin to use a different audio device
• Change the device's bitrate or update/rollback the device's drivers
• If all else fails, reinstall Rainmeter (all settings should be preserved)

I've had some trouble with this, its a brilliant visualiser, however it just crashed/unloaded and now won't load back into Rainmeter. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, but still nothing. :/ any tips?

Love it. Been looking for a passive full screen visualizer that did not move asymmetric or square shaped! I understand the documentation too.
As for a performance review, I am surprised at the cpu load; i got 60 bands, FFTSize=1028, FreqMin=20 (increased range), which i suspect all play a part causing 2-6% cpu load on my i5 3.5hz, even when sound is mute. Just saying when a cpu can idle, it is a good thing.
As for possibles causes, I cannot claim what your code does for math or render routine calls that load cpu most, i recommend looking over at any unnecessary math calls that could be simplified to single constants or one time solves applied over many. Sin and Cos functions are the not the fastest calls (which i assume is everywhere rotating and shaping the bars) when compared to multiplication. And Multiplication is faster on cpu than division. If you got any of these going on please check.
EDIT: I did a Check on github and found a way to optimize a bit. For vars "Attack" and "Limit" save the reciprocal at top, and instead of dividing the originals, multiply those reciprocals. I may come back later and see what else can be optimized.

Cool, thanks for the tips! It's actually the render calls that cause the performance hit... I don't think the script can be any more optimal than it currently is

Is there a way I could change the colour of this? Not saying it looks bad, just curious.

Whoops, I forgot to add a context menu option to edit the variables. It's in the update now (Color=161,186,220,255 by default)
You could also manually go to your skins folder under My Documents and find the Variables.inc file

If you play really loud music, try decreasing the overall audio sensitivity (Sensitivity=42 by default)
If not, try decreasing the Sustain variable (Sustain=0.35 by default)
