Great sketches, especially the left one is really intense with the strong chin and the hairline that defines Wolverine so much.

Thank you You must have a well trained eye to make such perceptive comments. Don't forget to comment on the colored version if you like, or maybe make a colored version of your own. I love to collaborate.

Thank you, I'm studying art history, but still my dA comments are uninspired in front of all the wonderful works...
I'm pretty bad at digital painting so I don't think colouring would be a good idea.

I remember art history class, or trying to stay awake during art history class. That was one of the hardest classes I've ever taken. With the lights out, and slides being shown most of the time, the temptation to fall asleep was great. I remember once being woken up by my own snoring, lol.

I wish that I had taken it more seriously, and that I knew the right questions to ask. There's a lot that I've forgotten about art history, and there was so much that I could have learned. Take full advantage of your classes now, it can only make you better later.

You are someone who prefers traditional art to digital, that's understandable, I'm the same way. I did real airbrush some years ago, so that part of Photoshop comes natural to me. If you want to color other people's art, do what I do and print it on quality Strathmore 500 paper. It takes inkjet pretty well, as long as it's single ply it should pass safely through your printer. Just trim it to the right dimensions. That's what I did on an Adam Hughes sketch that I found, printed it out and colored it by hand.

Art history can be pretty boring when you're not in the mood to listen or when your teacher/professor is tiring. I am glad to have great lecturers in most classes.

I am just not patient enough to learn how to deal with photoshop and similar programs. I don't have much time to draw or paint and when I do, I stick with traditional art, since it's where I have the most experience.
My printer is really crappy, but I can find a way to print an image when I want to colour it by all means. Thanks for the tips.

I just read your personal quote. I've said in the past that when God designed everything, he used an airbrush. Similar to your sentiment.

Thank you, sweetheart! Hard to believe it's on a 2.5" x 3.5" card. I can post it separately if you want Gambit out of the picture . Most likely the card will wind up on ebay when I can get a whole bunch ready to list.
