It's funny cell should be alive android 16 ripped off his tail and cell just needs one cell to return and yea he would be in his imperfect form but he would have years to train, could absorb left over pieces of buu. Doesn't matter which form. Also pieces of the cell Jr's were left on the grown some we're intact. So he could absorb it and gain his perfect form or with all the time he had to train if frieza can be God level in four months cell would put that to shame his progression would be like 17 and frieza's combined, also with saiyan hybrids zenkai's mixed with piccolo's cells and possibly buus. And I think cell would absorb buu at some point. Maybe when he showed up he gets in a fight with him. Or he destroyed a town that had food and buu was there or loved the store
