The sculpt of the character is done in Zbrush, the clothes in Marvelous designer and the whole thing is rendered in Blender with Cycles.

Once you pose them, yes, I think you can import them as OBJ. That must work.
But it's even better if you create your own model in Blender, don't you think ?
