Decided to draw Bittybones of UI!Sans and Parasyte.... From what I've observed from Bittybones most of the Sans are Berries....Hellberry: Likes to eat and sleep a lot. Like to sleep on their master, Don't leave food around that you don't want eaten just lying about. He will eat it, Nibbles on their owner when hungry. Likes being rocked and held. Very Loyal and will often follow their owner.
Bloodyberry: More viscous then any berry, will slice off chunks of owner to eat if hungry (Sometimes without warning.), Changes when 'Hunting' so give him live rats and mice to eat. Prefers live prey, Can be clingy and latch onto their own with blades. Takes a patient and loving owner to care for and train. He will attack people that pose a threat to the owner.

Hiya, sorry to bother you, but can I know a bit more about Parasyte/Bloodyberry? I'd first heard about him through kissxsleep's story on Ao3 and I wanna know more from the source <3

Ah, well she did protray him accurately in the later stages of the condition that a Parasyte/Bloodyberry are born with. During their younger years they are a lot more skittish and cautious as they become aware of their condition. When they get older they become depressed knowing there nature they have to follow to survive that evolves into a calculated emotionless hunter as the condition progresses. You are free to ask any questions you have on your mind. I don't mind. =w=

You may have both of them. uvu They are indeed compatible with each other. BB.. Well I'm unsure if you've seen parasyte but it's like that if not then I'll explain. From birth BBs are afflicted with a parasite that takes the host's soul. This causes them to be able shipshape various parts of their body into blades, claw, teeth and anything else that the need to use for hunting. They are mostly carnivores to saite the parasite inside then.

So... Do they progressively get worse or is the parasite at its peak from the beginning?

Yes they get worse. Becoming more cold and analytical... Much more focused on a survival mentality. However they do not change much in appearance and will look mostly 'normal'.

Aw.. Sad i saw that the hell Berry is from 'under inferno'... Is that an AU created by you or...? I looked around for it but your the only one I've seen make solid mention...Β

Yeah, I did Make Underinferno... It is a completed yet not completed Au based on the poem Dante's inferno. Kinda scrapped the idea a while ago... Thought about returning to it but Meh...

Are we allowed to use these bitties in fan fics (like on AO3)? I think that one of these guys (still debating on which) would mesh well with the cast of an upcoming bitty bone fic I'm planning, but I wanted to make sure that using them with fanfics was alright before sitting down and outlining anything.
(BTW (just in case you're still wondering): The original bittybone AU creator is @fucken-crybaby on tumblr, but almost all of the original bitty content is on the bittybones au blogΒ bittybones-au.tumblr.com/ )

Yes that is perfectly fine. Just credit the one you use the first time they are seen in the fanfic at least. I'd love to see what you use them for.

Of course. I do what I call a "full disclaimer" in the first chapter that says who created which bitty and provides links to the bitty/creator. In later chapters, I use the "short-hand disclaimer" (That reads "Disclaimer: I do not own anything. Full disclaimer/links can be found in Ch1") to keep the top notes from being cluttered all of the time (full disclaimers also tend to be very long and hard to type from memory).
If you'd like, I could send you a note or comment with a link to the story once I begin posting- which won't be for a couple of days because the 2nd installment of the entire series is still on going. (13 more chapters to be exact). I still need to properly outline the 3rd installment as well.Β
I'm thinking about using bloodyberry (which should be more than a little interesting given the list of bitty's the character will end up with), but I am a bit confused about his hands. Would you mind explaining what can they/can't they do? I'd hate to end up giving him abilities he shouldn't have.

And for the Bitty, 'bloody berry' ((if said character wishes to rename them then they can)) His ability is based off of the anime, 'Parasyte' if you've seen it. Basically he is a host for a parasite that is attached to his soul. This Parasite allows the host to shiftshape the body into muscles, claws, blades and what not to hunt for meat that it needs.

Saphenous- named I decided to give him in Burned(It's a vein in the human body because I'm not that original)- will be appearing in the next chapter. (I nailed down an outline at last and decided to switch around when he appeared with another bitty character because it fit better)

Most may start off sad or depressed due to the knowledge that a Parasite will eventually take them over as least in the beginning of their lives. As they get older they are more cold and survival focused. I guess one would be "Edgy" or short-tempered if they are not raised properly or kept in a cage as this one in the Fan fiction. However the "uncaring" Nature of the bitty in it's later years is captured pretty well.

Oh good.*sigh of relief* The backstory I ran with him is that he was kept in a 3 ft x 3 ft x 3ft cage for most of the day, only let out a night to kill rats in two small rooms. He's older than most of the bitties (maybe 3rd or 4th oldest in the entire bitty cast), so I'm trying to go somewhere along the lines of 'older and more cautious, but somewhat curious about the things he's missed as well'.Β
Also, somewhat random question: do bloodyberries eat the entirety of their prey in one setting, or do they sometimes save parts of it for later? (Asking because his eating habits are brought up in the next chapter. He's really helping Nadia out with her rat problem)

Ah, yes the that could be a very plausible personality for him.
And it depends on the size... The bigger a prey is then it might save some for later. But prey that is only slightly bigger then them they will eat entirely, picking the bones clean.
