Putin is better then many, he is still not the Tsar. nor is his regime democratic as or even free of ex socialist influence as they claim it is, in fact his government is still closer to the soviet political earea and methods then to anything else and that is sad.

I live in Moscow. There's no socialism here. What do you see as socialism?
Freedom and democracy? We're told they'll want us to call it free speech.And if someone has problems, not because of politics, but because of Finance and crime. I remember it was under Brezhnev and can be compared with the present situation. The distance is large.
