Personality: Charlie is a true sweetheart. He is genuine and willing to please, no matter the rider on his back, and while anyone can ride him, he absolutely adores the first years. He seems to be aware of their inexperience and is extra careful with them on the pitch, running much slower with the fearful ones and avoiding situations where they could get hurt, even if it costs them the game. He’s not competitive either, perhaps even being a tad meek, so as a schoolmaster he is far more suited for the beginners or the 4th year and up students working in the number 3 position, which he is fantastic in. Anyone put on this horse’s back will dismount having learned something new and feeling confident in their skills, regardless of the game’s actual outcome.
History: The stud he came from teemed him not tenacious enough for the polo pitch in any professional setting, so he was put up for sale, where the academy promptly snagged him up and put him to work guiding their most inexperienced to proper polo skill mastery.
