Personality: Liver chestnut is still chestnut, a phrase of which Mig is living proof; despite her height, Mig does not let herself get walked over. If not for Emmy, Mig would very clearly occupy the lead mare slot for the polo ponies, though not because she is dominant or aggressive, no, it would merely be because she is seemingly liked by all other polo ponies the academy has. She gets along with all of them just fine and has a calming effect on them, even the stallions. She is a natural leader, but doesn’t try to overtake even the meekest of students, instead trying to show them how to become the same as her and be confident in their movement and choices on the field. She’s often the first choice for the smaller or shyer 1st years, as she will never step wrong and is small enough that they fear falling a little less.
History: Deemed far too short by her Thoroughbred stud, she was sold once fully grown to an equestrian centre that happened to have a small, domestic polo branch, where she was found to be quite good at the sport. The equestrian centre eventually quit their polo team and sold Mig and Tourist to the academy.
