Personality: His name should tell you everything there is to know about this horse. Perpetually excited and always willing to try one more time, Crash is a cheerful gelding with not a bad bone in his body, who will do anything for the student on his back, no matter their level of experience. However, Crash is not exactly what you would call ‘in control’ of said body; he trips, stumbles and sometimes straight up nosedives into the pitch, seemingly not quite aware he has four limbs he could theoretically use to prevent this. He is so clumsy it would be hilarious if his vet bills weren’t so high. Said vets have ruled out anything actually being wrong with him, though, be it physically or neurologically, and simply diagnosed him with Crash-is-just-like-that syndrome. Though his clunky movement does require a steady seat, any rider willing to accept the occasional faceplant will feel nothing but confidence and score nothing but high marks riding this gelding.
History: His clumsiness has been a lifelong staple of this horse’s repertoire, and thus he was never actually brought to scored competitions. He was owned by a family with several polo ponies who rode and played recreationally mostly, and he was beloved for his clumsy shenanigans. Said family has since moved out of the country and offered the academy the three ponies that weren’t moving with them, which is how Crash, Pepsi and VK ended up in the academy.
