I started the background a while back and didn't know what to put in it until after I saw the movie. It's Toothless experiencing a dream of pure freedom, just him and the clouds.

Yeah, was originally going to put Hiccup in there as well but then it just didn't feel a right. However much i love the two of them, toothless deserves to do what he was born to do alone
