I was pretty close to her, but she didn't gave any f%$^$ about that...
The thing is that owls are usually super chill and even if they notice people around, they don't get scared very easy.
The only owl that I ran after, was aΒ Strix uralensis - Ural Owl, or huhurez mare as it's called in Romanian. Those guys are very big, but they are also loners and don't love people very much.
