Description
This is one of my favourite pages of the first volume of Myre as it shows the aftermath of a bad encounter as well as giving an insight to Myre's personality. Both of the characters, albeit not knowing each other and probably never will again, are in a very vulnerable state in that very moment. I wanted to capture a moment of silence and add a chance for the reader to experience a turnaround in Myre's personality. A silent encounter between two beaten souls. But Myre's gesture might open new doors and possibilities for the little boy to traverse his own path on Yria.

For the past whole week, I've been setting the first 93 pages of Myre into Splitter's format. That meant scaling, cutting, pasting, painting which each single page! Splitter gave me six weeks for that but I crunched through it in under one week. My rear is flat but I'm so happy to know that Myre will be translated and be on German bookshelves by mid May! Splitter decided to split Myre 1 into two parts. The first part will have 96 pages in total with some extra pages added. Already, due to Splitter's influence, the interest for Myre is spreading slowly through Europe and rapidly through Germany. I have to keep my time table in check to squeeze in signing hours and conventions while continueing my work on Haunter of Dreams. I'm so thankful for all the opportunities you gave me with supporting my Indiegogo campaign. A comic of this scope is a lot of work but I can't imagine ever giving up on it.

I can finally resume my work with Haunter of Dreams now. The plan to release the first page and the book this year is still going strong.
