i'm not able to answer that question for i wasn't able to acquire a tissue sample and analyze the specifics of her skin

if i get a description like "pale white to deep cobalt blue something" i get creative

no, why? i mean whether these are freckles or something else doesn't really matter, does it? it's just something to give her skin more depth. i mean i'm an artist, not a dermatologist, so i have no idea what they actually are
