Hey everyone
I have finally made this tutorial after like ... *checks watch* FOREVER? So yuhp, that's my 2 cents about the topic ;DI did enjoy making this tutorial again because I do love to help people achieve certain effects
So I really hope this does help some people 
!For people who don't know what this tutorial is for it's for these effects -

Information -
In this tutorial you will need to know how to open photoshop files, have decent knowledge of the layer styles menu and what it does, a good knowledge of how to blend tones (shadows/highlights) also a good intuition of what looks good is always helpful
If you have any questions about this tutorial feel free to ask and I shall answer your questions

the difference between this and dispersion effect is that I go into more depth and go further down the path of dispersion and add more effects to it - think of it like this, it's in the same category of effect but a completely different art style
plus my tutorial + effect is strictly uniquely created by me

Yes on a reply you gave the link of you pack of c4ds ( i read every single one before asking for them, lol) i search for them, but only other c4d packs are available, and i used them, but the effect isnt the same, the shapes are very different,

When I first zoomed in I saw the title and it killed my eyes! So bright!!
It looks like you put a lot of work into this (most people do for tutorials xD) and I might want to try this sometime!

I haven'r really played with photoshop or C4D since back in highschool when the GFX scene was really popping, must have been almost 8 years ago now. Your tutorial inspired me to give it another go. It's obvious I am still really rusty with both C4D and Photoshop, but this is what I got.

I added a little spatter brushing and some effects renders as well, I was aiming for a Star Wars meets Prototype look.
