Ok, while I wait for the eighth episode of Tokyo Mew Mew New to be released, now I will talk about a series that I really enjoyed watching in my childhood and that to my joy and happiness, now I can enjoy it on the Disney+ platform. I remember that I watched this series on Disney Toons and although many consider this series to be dark, I consider it underrated, as it contains a lot of action and many episodes leave you with lifelong teachings to carry out on a daily basis and the truth is, I didn't care that the series was dark, well anyway, I really like series with dark themes, mystery and action. This series is called: Gargoyles. The series deals with the adventures of a group of gargoyles that during the day, live as stone statues and at night, come to life and in particular, the gargoyles fight to protect humanity during the year 994, in a castle in Scotland, the gargoyles are betrayed by humans, because they destroy them while they are petrified and the rest are turned into stone until 1994, in Manhattan, the surviving gargoyles wake up in their castle, which is now on top of the Eyrie building, property of David Xanatos and there, they will live new and exciting adventures in the current world. The Manhattan clan (angels of the night) is made up of: Goliath (the leader of the gargoyles, strong and righteous with a courageous heart), Hudson (the previous leader who gives his place to Goliath, intelligent and capable due to his experience and his long life) , Bronx (the gargoyles' pet dog), Brooklyn (the second-in-command, adventurous and self-assured), Lexington (the smartest and most tech-savvy), Broadway (the liveliest and ravenously hungry for food, but strong and righteous) and Elisa Maza (a human policewoman who befriends the gargoyles and later, Goliath's love interest). Through the chapters in the three seasons that this series has, the gargoyles will be involved in many adventures, either fighting against David Xanatos or against Demona (Goliath's ex-partner) or other villains and later, they will join their clan Angela (the daughter of Goliath and Demona). It is an entertaining series full of action, comedy and adventures that I highly recommend watching and that many will enjoy as I did.
