Description
This was a commission done for lwolfin ([link] ) of one of his characters. I got a little tired with my old method of formatting these reference sheets, not because I was having a problem with them, I just felt like going in a different direction this time. I'm happier for it, as I think this one looks a little less cluttered and more polished then my past work.Related content

Overall I think they look neat! The one that really jumps out at me is the 3rd from left sketch where his lower jaw is like, hanging off the left side of his mouth. I feel like it does show off the lower jaw, but I also noticed it's the only one with sorta a curved bottom instead of the straight/square ones like the other. From the front I've always imagined it's tough to show that part of the snout so I kinda get it though!

Thanks, and yeah I sort of cheated with the jaw a bit. Sometimes with animated characters you have to squash and stretch the structure a little to get the look your going for. But I can see how it looks a little off, and I guess I could have made it a bit more angular. Thanks for pointing it out to me.

Oh it's cool! Yeah I understand how it is sometimes when cartooning things, I still have a lot to learn about what works and what doesn't. So I guess a little squashing and stretching is understandable! Whatever ya do it looks neat.
