Description
Killing a few birds with one stone:a) Drew something in pencil while lacking access to a tablet
b) Practicing coloring scanned in pencils for a commission
c) Practicing fairies XD 'Cause everybody likes fairies, right? :3
Is it annoying if someone posts stuff they're going to move to scraps later? 'Cause I won't if it is. >>;
Anyway, this is a bit different cause I drew it on paper first, then colored it. XD Usually it's photoshop the whole way.

I love everything about this, everything that everyone said, I totally agree with, it is totally awesome, but I wish she had a different look on her face. I don't know, I just think she is so beautiful but the look on her face doesnt do much for the piece. She needs a little smile or something to add to her beauty. Just an opinion.

I choose colors by going through the color palette and choosing which one I feel like using, pretty much. XD

Nice work. I like model sheets and use them myself. It's a great way to specify the finer details on a character.
I don't think the two views match up, though. Hey have to be different poses, the front view looks like she's laying on a flat surface and the side view looks like she's arching her back backwards, positioning her head and shoulders back. I don't think it is beneficial to the function of a model sheet if the poses don't match up.

It's not annoying to post stuff you'll move to scraps at all. I do it too, because it seems like no one ever looks at scraps, so I at least want them seen a bit before I dump them with my crappy stuff, lol.

I drew the lines in pencil, and the color with a tablet the next day when I did have one. XD I do have pictures still in my gallery done with a mouse, though ^^

Wow, what can I say. This is truly breathtaking. The hair in particular I have to commend. It's just awesome. And I'm cool with fairies. Heck, I even have a story centered around them.
