Personality: Altair is a very reserved and sensitive soul. He gets upset easily when teased, especially when he gets teased about being sensitive in the first place! To much teasing and bothering will result in him clamming up and not speaking for a while.

On the other hand, he is capable of great compassion and is optimistic to a fault. He wishes for all of his actions to have a noble cause, and enjoys being helpful. Altair always tries to find good points of a situation, even the dire stare the Earth is in at the present.

Biography:

Ever since he was a young boy, Altair had loved the stars. Everything about them fascinated him, and after he discovered that he was named after one he became even more devoted to astronomy and astrology. As a teen he attended a boarding school where his talent for divination was discovered and cultivated. He took a fondness to predicting aspects of the past and future, or answering questions using the movement of the heavenly bodies.

However, this would be his ultimate source of turmoil. One day he predicted the War when he was casually asking the sky about his future. They showed him the fires, the armies of order and chaos, and the Risen. However, he denied that this could ever be real and decided not to warn anyone about it. Even now he doubts that even if he did say something that anyone would have taken preventative action, but it still weighs heavy on his heart. He still uses his seeing powers, but any bad fortune he sees bothers him greatly.

Altair was not an original member of Cipher Nimbus, since he was working as an advisor for the Angelic Council at the time when the organization was first forming. After he predicted the war, he decided to leave that position and resume the training he had begun as a teen with his father. He hoped to be useful to the world for something other than his future seeing talents. So he picked up his scythe once more and trained until he was able to control his strength, store it, and be able to unleash it at a proper strategic moment. Cipher Nimbus heard about his skill and asked him to join them as a division leader. Altair couldn't resist fighting for a cause like theirs, so he decided to take the job.

He is now the leader of the Altair division.
