I color in Paint, but I draw on paper. However I can also do the same thing in Paint. (Drawing on paper actually takes longer, but it's slightly easier.

What - you mean on the uniform? Duuude. lol. The only people with Red uniforms in the Red army are Kazansky and Natasha and all the NCO's and Parade units. It's just not practical to be wearing a bright red uniform that says, "Hey! Here I am! Shoot me!!" lol.
