First I thought: 1100mm gun? That's 1.1m! That's about as high as my desk, I could barely fit a SHELL UNDER IT?!

Stupidly large pieces of artillery needing double train tracks to get anywhere.
But then, being able to pierce several meters of reinforced concrete made them impressive.
Your design wouldn't need tracks, though and it has "a bit" more range.
What kind of gun did you imagine there, a magnetic accelerator (coil gun most likely, with the full barrel) or a classic breech loading powder cannon?

Classic. But not a powder cannon. Some hi-tec alternativ compaund with oxygen injection system(4 canister on gun top). For rapid powerfull ignition. Railgun can be instal on this chassis like removable altrnativ gun system. For powerfull point-blank shooting.Β

So it's flooding the combustion area around the explosive with oxygen for better reaction? Clever, I think.
And a railgun as a point blank weapon is nasty. They're hellish penetrators...
