Interesting shot. It could also look like the sea is down like normal, but that just the surface is tumultuous.
Great work.

SO BEAUTIFUL WITH THE WATER SPLASHES.
SHE LOOKS SO PEACEFUL AND ALSO LOOKS A LITTLE LIKE SHE IS CONTROLLING THE WATER.
EXCELLENT LIGHTING.

Oh...I love this.
It gives me a vision of water propelled at this level
and maybe 2 more liquids from other angles.... perhaps......
2 oils coloured with food colouring

If the sea was up we all could fly, but then what would stop us from drowning in the sky
(Buoyancy is a bitch)

if the sea was up, we could no longer "dive" in.
we would have to....well, i dont know what we would call it.
jump doesnt quite work...
what would we call it?

Hummm ...i do like put I think if the water were farther down I would like it a bit more. Sore to be all negative today but I feel....like...I don't know, pointing out things from my understanding.

I'd say photomanip. Unless you can provide a link for the RAW/NEF/CR2 file, then it's a bit lame to pass of a composite as an actual photo.

you can see the shot date and speed he used on the right. Under the picture tab. It wouldn't show up if it wasn't a photograph therefore, not a manipulation.

If the sea was above, It would be a little bit harder to reach for the stars I'de say.
