"In the eternal night… chaos shall tear the light apart!!"So… a little piece of work I put together in about four hours between Photoshop and the Pony maker of (dude, you’re AWESOME!). Plus some borrowed vectors. The picture itself is meant to be a cover of the "My Little Pony: The Elements of Discord" fanfic, written by my friend:
Those six ponies there are the ones who in this story embody the Elements of Discord, and therefore counterparts of the show’s Mane Cast. And yeah, the Great and Powerful Trixie is included. Sadly, save for Trixie, the cast is currently missing their Cutie Marks, something I still gotta work with. It’s an interesting story that seems promising enough, so if you got some time, give it a check: [link]

That's actually a bit of a complicated question since these six ponies contrast the Mane 6 not just by elements, but by personalities as well, yet not matching.
Dark Sky is the "Element of Curses", opposite of Magic. Her personality in particular, though, is pretty unique.
Trixie is "Element of Dishonesty", opposite of Honesty. Her personality, though, as we know, is a foil to Twilight's.
Stampede is the "Element of Anger", opposite of Laughter. Yet her personality is more of an evil version of Applejack's.
Treasure Hunt is the "Element of Selfishness", opposite of Generosity. She, however, is a lot like Pinkie Pie.
Crimsom Streak and Heartless are the exceptions to this oddness, though. They are Elements of Treachery and Cruelty respectively, opposites of Loyalty and Kindness. AND their personalities are also contrasts to Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy each.

I saw this on Ponibooru just recently and no offense this is a good picture, but I was writing a fanfic and the Elements of Discord fanfic is very similar to it, they even used Trixie as well >.> well anyway good use of the pony creator.

The whole "Elements of Discord" has become a pretty common element in the Fandom, and I know already of three stories that uses them. Maybe four if yours too.

oh really? thanks for telling me since I was actually planning on giving up on the fanfic, but the one thing about this that made me almost quit is that Trixie is an element of Discord which was something I was planning on doing of sorts.Well I'll just go with my fanfic anyway thanks for cheering me up and sorry for the long reply

Well, from left to right:

Actually no they don't. Their elements are actually part of them and have pretty much corrupted them. Hence why they're such bad ponies. It all makes sense, the other Elements are the Elements of Harmony and as such work in harmony with those they've bonded with to manifest as the necklaces. The Elements of Discord, however, are all about choas and corruption and thus are actually influencing those ponies to make them act as they do.

FREAKING EPIC! I had an idea similar to this but KiGo-ed it and had like KP villains/characters and MLP: FiM villains/characters as the 'elements of discord'. Nice name. Might still do it depending on if the plots are diffrent. Want to read it now! Is it on fanfiction?
