you could say that seeing as Stormdale hasn't been herd off and with him looking for new ways of trade along with other things too, one is trying somepony to settle with and such but he does love to help out those in need.

As for Gummi and the harp, other than standing around looking suave, maybe Pinkie came by for an impromptu harp recital and now she's inside trying to get Twilight to come out to hear it or asking what she thought of her little concert afterwards.
