Well i see Razor Teeth has Closed Claws in the second panel the one alex and fluttershy fight on but when i look down at Third Panel i see his Claws appear how does Razor does that i mean i do see alexsanity has claws but he has arms not hooves

A cat can do the same thing. A can can take back it's claws in to it's paws when they want to. Razor can do the same.
