I think it's great how the palm tree on the left gives a sense of height, as though looking over a cliff at the shallow water below. Excellent work!

Cool, I've been working on making better coconut palms actually. After making mine with new leaf maps and settings I doubt I'd ever use the default one again

yeah animation is the next level, actually the render time on this image is acceptable for an animation in HD,

how long did it take to render? are you using GR?

GR yes, about 40min on broadcast settings, 1600x730, on a render farm maybe about 3/5 min per frame or even less.
