somewhere between an Evangelion (probably Mass Produced Ver.) and a Kaiju (specifically Knife head) from Pacific Rim. Either way, (to quote the song from Macklemore),

Dunno but this totally be a reinterpretation of the EVA 05-13 Mass Production Series.
Organic body - Check
Mechanical armor - Check
Freaky visage without eyes - Check
Image giving the impression of HUGE - Check
Black and white coloring with some red parts - Check
The only 2 things that don't speak for the Mass Production Series is what looks like an Umbilical Cable featured by the EVA 00-02 Series floating in the foreground of the image and the Typical Shoulder Blades used in the EVA 00-04 Series.
