some smoke effect 5/5 for vision and technique. i'd say 2.5/5 for originality and 3.5/5 for impact. this looks better than the fire one. it's nice. but people keep using it. making it unoriginal by a half. but not that many people use it. 5/10 average. i know i can't say this, but i have to say this. this is very good and epic, but it has some major flaws. it is used by a lot of flash animators only because you shared its flash file. so that is why originality will be 2.5/5. that's it now it's over redfish.

actually something that im finding ridiculously hard to find is video about how to make shockwave/reverse shockwave. you know like how in dragon ball z there would be this reverse shockwave where air would be imploding into the center before the main explosion.
