I like the bio/tech aspect of it. I have several monster concept arts on my channel too, like the Monster Dump 1 on page 3 for starters. They're much more organic, but they're somewhat like yours in the sense that they're very marine based and intelligent looking.

It gets too dark around the head (in the BG) so the head area almost seems to get lost, but I love the pose, the design, the lines and shapes as well as the dangerous archetypes. Looks great.
