Ok just to clarify, black and white photography for me is like Gwyneth Paltrow singing. We should both probably stick to the things that work best for us. However you can only teach a old dog new tricks if you make the effort to have a go at the concept.

This photograph was taken before it was about to bucket with rain, hence the title. It was quite a trip really, I got quite saturated, nearly ran off the road after seeing a double doodle (ok that's not as bad as it sounds and is actually a breed of dog) and also had the fun of trying to dodge the many elderly locals who were striding around the waterfront who enjoy crossing roads without looking. Anyway they do call me Alex Schumacher so this wasn't a problem.

p.s Gwyneths song cruising wasn't too bad, maybe it was Huey letting the team down.
