Oh Garin. You have such a silly design. Oh how I love it. <3
Considering Garin is probably my favorite character, I figured he deserved a reference sheet.

The Garin on the left is "Non-Canon". The Garin on the right is "Canon", however the only difference is mostly the outfit. Canon Garin is more story-oriented, while Non-Canon is just if I want to draw him separately, doing silly things Canon Garin wouldn't do.
I was going to significantly change said outfit because of its extreme silliness, but then I thought "Naw, fits him too well" :D

There's quite a lot of information about him I did not include in the reference. Most of it pertaining to his Canon character. But, honestly, there is so much about him to tell that I could go on for days :'D So I best left this ref for his physical appearance and basic character information.

Age: Currently undecided. Physical age somewhere between 16-20.
Ailments:
Because of his hybridism, he has some anatomical issues, particularly in his joints. Awkward leg joints cause him to have trouble standing/walking for long periods of time and some joints are prone to swelling. His wrists do this often, which the gloves help to reduce.
He is deaf in his right ear.
His eyes sometimes have trouble focusing properly.
Canon Garin has a spirit called the "Calestine" trapped within his soul. Some information pertaining to it can be read here: [link] (some things may be inaccurate)

Extra facts:
He speaks very poorly. Often his speech is very blunt and/or grammatically incorrect. Instead of saying "I am hungry." he would say either "I hungry." or just "Hungry." If he is trying to explain something, he may become frustrated due to his inability of knowing what words to choose.
He has a very good memory for events and visuals, almost photographic, but very poor memory when it comes to visual and communication combined (example, one could show him a red card and say "red" but when shown again a few minutes later he can't remember what the name of the color is. He also has trouble remembering names of people and the like).
He is very close to his mother, Nelthilta.

As well, for those confused as to why I said he is half Ambivian, half Lanive instead of Lanian, lanives are a subspecies of Lanian I am currently concepting. They are smaller (about Ambivian size) and more bipedal, among a few other things. (Note that Kailani and Zamora are also Ambivian/Lanive hybrids now).

Note also that some stuff may change on him in the future as I research more into things. Feel free to ask questions if confused or curious.
