A lengthy fun one this go around! I decided to do some character designy things with color for them (was going to just leave them b/w at first) to give an idea of their typical appearance, since most of these aren't seen often. Most of these races reside in the FaléQZ planetary system. I will keep it all brief but here's a general rundown:
Ambivians: Commoner male and Royal female representing. Live on planet Ambivia. Cat-like race. Extremely varied in appearances and colors. Females have hair, males don't, and sometimes males will lack antennae. Most respected/renowned of the races (and boy do they act like it). Ambivia (namely the country Prodigus) is considered the big "melting pot" of the system, where you can find all these races coexisting, although Ambivians still dominate it.
Lanians: Live on planet Duganist. Semi-aquatic, amphibious race. VERY LARGE dinosaur-things. Their appearances don't vary too much (minor shapes aside), but their horns/antlers (I dunno what they are yet fff) can be all sorts of shapes. Lights usually match their eye color but not always. The newest of the races as they immigrated pre-TS, not even inhabiting the system for 50 years canonically.
Lanives: Same as Lanians, pretty much, except they are small and more lizard-like (about human-sized). No differences in appearance sex-wise. Their appearances can vary a bit more between one another but still fairly samey. They are essentially the worker bees for Lanians.
Swivel (both): Live on planet Swivikka. The most elusive, mysterious, and intelligent of all races. No one trusts them because their motives are so secret. No one knows anything about them. Hiveminded, with the minions following orders of the overlords. The overlords are never seen, but minions roam freely around all planets researching and documenting and interfering with them is a crime. They all look virtually identical with the exception of colors and sizes.
Illiá-vum/wa/neer: Live on planet Illiánic. All races are ungulates and vary widely in appearance, though they tend to focus on looking like giraffe/okapi-things (vum), camels/llamas (wa), and goats/gazelles (neer). They are extremely into fashion and appearances, so they will always have lots of colorful dye and clothing/jewelry on. No differences in sex/gender. They tend to stay out of the political scene and just like to do their own thing.
Tillanix: Live on planet Xanatean. Reptillian-like. Not significantly varied but do have differences, always dark colorations with semi-iridescent scales. No differences in sex. Customary to have a large amount of piercings and jewelry all over their bodies. The hardest working of the races as their planet is not the most ideal habitat, and they don't get along very well with Ambivians, generally speaking.
[redacted]: ?? It Feddy's race boooois. They resemble a lot of different animals, but they are actually snake-based. Who woulda thunk it. They do not reside in the same planetary system and never interact with the other races.
