Oh yes. Mini-reference. What does a full reference look like? You'll see one day... ;P
Mythumynx is one of my newest characters and I love him dearly <3 Took me ages to get him properly down on paper. He has the appearance of such a morbid and terrifying thing but he's actually a great little guy.
His name means "gifted by the gods" in Mystic tongue. If you didn't get that.
*Note: He is NOT a hermaphrodite. He has only male sexual organs. The only part of him that is generally female is an aspect of his nature through research that determined he did have slight female instincts. Other than that he is completely male.
Ugh, that color palette annoys me for some reason. I might remove it later if it bugs me enough.

Just curious, but what role does he have in The Selection (if any)? I am totally not thinking of writing a story about him. XD

Mynnie, though lives with the Elders the majority of the time, also hangs around the hospital of Federico's doctor. The Doctor takes him in because she has a superstition of demons (especially considering she previously worked with a priest) and she feels safer with him around. Federico has known him for ages though since he used to visit the Elders a lot where Mynnie took a liking to him. At one point the two were like best friends (despite the fact Mynnie can't talk) since Federico had virtually no one. In TS he shows up every now and again to just hang around.
He has a deeper role in the story that I cannot reveal, though. Sorry!

Very good mini-reference. Although, I might have used warm-colors instead of cool colors for the color palett/ background. Since your character's colors are mostly blues and purples, you need colors in the background to make him stand out and/or enphasize the charcter's design and color.
Other than that, I like this new charcters. I'm dying to see what kind of role he will play!

Real cool design, it looks like a painful body to move about in from the mutations. He's so strange and skeletony. For a moment I thought that's just how his face was, sad bones.

Well...I don't know where to start. Hell, I don't even know wheter I should call him charming or creepy. Know one thing fo' sure: he needs some huggies.
One of his base species, the "unknown one", looks kinda fancy though. What did you mean by "the result was accurate" though?
Hmmm, why didn't those Lanian folks just throw him out of an airlock? Surely it would have been easier than going through the trouble to transport him from their research labs to the surface of another planet.
Oh and by the way...o_o Am I the only one to think that those folks in the new commercials iPod were having seizures?

It means he came out accurate to what the Lanians wanted as a result. Something like that xD
Apart of Lanian religion says they can't harm or kill any living creature without a decent reason. Since Mynnie didn't do anything to them and the Lordess didn't order an execution, the Lanian scientists just transported him to a livable planet since they had no use for him anymore.
And it's not too hard to transport people since they have those portals. As long as they're in the same galaxy they can transport someone from point A to point B in a matter of seconds.
Yeeeah, they did seem kinda seizure-like now that I think of it...

Yeah, he can be happy. :3 In fact, most of the time he is quite content. The only thing that always upsets him is the fact he has the ability to see demons and dark spirits, which have pretty much left a permanent scar in his mind, which is why his eyes never change, even when he's happy.
