Once again thanks to for the fantastic art.Introducing the Foals of the Cathedral, wich are based on the Children of the Cathedral from the very first Fallout game, like a billion years ago when Interplay was a good company and phones had buttons. These ponies are Trixie's followers.

Well, I knew that, but SHIIIT. NO WONDER SHE'S ADORABLE. Strange, I was expecting like a different clone or amalgamation that looked just like fluttershy. SHEESH. SILLY ME.

Hm, this oddly reminds me of the Jokerz from the animated series, Batman Beyond, where gangs of thugs emulate and idolize the deceased Clown Prince of Crime, the Joker, by dressing up like clowns as part of their criminal identity. They're not nearly as sociopathic or grandiose as the original Joker, but they are pretty violent and prevalent throughout the city of New Gotham.
The main difference, I take it, is that Trixie elevated herself or was elevated by these future followers to the role of goddess in a new religion. As such, unlike the Jokerz who emulate the Joker because he was such a bad role model, these Foals of the Cathedral probably emulate Trixie because she's a 'good role model' for them. Not to say that they might not be equally overzealous, violent, and crazy, but typically religions emphasize 'good behavior through ethics and morality' in their followers, even if their definition of those terms are different from the norm.
... though the Foals of the Cathedral are treated as mundane and powerless as the original Trixie was, so they probably aren't ruthless religious nutcases who will massacre anyone who doesn't follow their faith, as is so common in post-apocalyptic religions. Then again, all three of these ponies knew the real life Trixie and might be unaware of the potential in these followers, so that's something else to consider. Ah well, if worse comes to worse, Sweetie Bot can simply vaporize them into ashes.

I've read FoE, and I'm pretty sure The Goddess wasn't a Foal of the Cathedral. Even if she was, she was killed while Fluttershy was still a tree.
Also, I haven't played any Fallout games.

None of the ponies in that group is Trixie, they're just lower level followers.

I am pretty sure that is not the real trixie.
She appears to be a slightly different color and a pegasus.
Their cutie marks are also just stickers.

I did notice the stickers, but I didn't think there'd be a mare that looks that much like her.
There's still the question of why they'd dress up like Trixie. She was pretty much a nopony up until she started going by "The Goddess".

In the original Fallout the Children of the Cathedral use a purple robe:

I decided to dress them as Trixie just for fun, the traffic cones are a poor attempt to recreate Trixie's hat, there's no deep meaning on their clothes, they just try to recreate Trixie just as she looked before the war. (there were tons of posters with Trixie's picture)
