I have an IMMEDIATE pressing question--I asked for two things for my birthday; a writing tablet and SAI...but I really have no idea at all how to use either of them--yes I can learn, but:
(1) Is having a writing tablet good for using SAI?
(2)Do you pretty much NEED a writing tablet for SAI?
(3) If a tablet (Bamboo) comes with Photoshop Elements, can it/should it be used with SAI?
(4) Would it be worth my money to purchase the tablet? Because it sounds like the tablet would make things a lot easier...having to scan things with my crappy printer and edit them in PAINT (OMFG) just is beyond terrible...
(5) are tablets easy to use?

Hey, yeah using a drawing program without a drawing tablet doesn't really make a lot of sense. They can be used for all programs, no worries

Ur sai has more stuff than mine and mine is cracked though it seems its the latest version aswell, like u have web leaves stuff i dont D: !

Hi! Uhm.. i seem to be having trouble editing the brushtex.conf file. U see, I've edited it, but the textures still don't appear in the SAI program.. Do u have any advice on what to do? I'm desperate

how do i do a lineart on it. cuz i normaly use paint.net but. and use the line tool

for tat, use pressure tool n change the pressure of the line by pulling the dots tat appear on the line...
