I'm just starting sequence three of Assassin's Creed 3 (WHICH IS SO GREAT BTW).So far I am 300% okay with playing Haytham. I've fallen madly in love with him and his dapper, gentlemanly ways.
Edit: Guys please be courteous to me and to other people who aren't that far into the game, and don't post spoilers? ; _ ;
Edit 2: Got to the plot twist, by the by. Won't say anything except that I love Haytham even more now B)

I read that you past Sequence 3, then I think its safe to say this.
How could I been so stupid? All this time, our 'hero' here is a Templar (the enemy), and all his acts of heroism (freeing the Mohawk tribe and fighting the corrupted British soldiers) was only just to find Those-Who-Came-Before artifacts.
I assure, what I said is no spoiler, its a fact that doesn't need to be said. All the things Haytham Kenway did was only to get to his goal.
And how could I not think of this long time ago before? One's faction is not inherited but rather chosen by the individual; meaning Haytham might have been a Templar by his choice and that contrast the Assassin's Order where assassin's are born and raised and generations to generations.
I feel betrayed!

Oh geez, I LOVED starting with the polite and gentlemanly Haytham (whose name is awesome, and not to mention his accent...) in fact I dreaded having to switch over to Connor. However, thankfully, playing with Connor was a plast too.
You drew him so well here, I love his face (and his smoulder) Really, a very accurate depiction.

Oooh, so Connor's still little (well, relatively, he's not full on badass yet). I did like him in his apprentice phase but there's nothing like putting on that hood. You have many more fantastic sequences to go, including more ohhoho!
