I'm working on this digital illustration of my new characters The Amazing Aksana and Giacomo and playing around with light...it's going really slow but really well, so I thought I'd give you guys a glimpse of what my process looks like. Giac's colors/shading are the sketch version, while Aksana is more like a finished product.Related content

That lighting is so awesome! I love the colors you are using. But the bust seems a little inconsistent (I'm assuming the lighting is coming from in front of them,) the shirt has a shadow on top of the breasts but the breasts themselves have lighting on them. I might be wrong, I don't know, but that's how it strikes me. And on a parting note, I love your work!

It's supposed to be coming from the front/bottom (like a campfire or a lantern on the ground), so...hm, I'll double check. And thank you!
