Ghira walks in: Kali, please, we already had enough of this with Sun.
Kali: You had no problems with me and Sun, only Sun with Blake?
Ghira: There’s a difference between our relationship and caring for our daughter’s heart, dear, especially since Adam!
Kali: Good point.

Blake: Wait, Mom, what are you talking about?
Yang: This I have to hear.

Kali: All that time you worked for Sienna, and she never told you how your father and I were in a 3-way relationship with her? The reason I married your father was because I love him…but I’m still a cougar, and a cougar has to have prey every now and then….

Blake turned to her father: You, Mom, and Sienna? How? And you let Sun and Mom do--?

Ghira: Blake, sweetie, we didn’t want to embarrass you…our relationship was one of trust…we were concerned about your choices in relationships due to the issues you had when it came to trust. Sun might have actually grown on me, given enough time. It was already complicated enough with me, your mother, and Sienna…I’m amazed our 3-way relationship was able to end as peacefully as it did. Although (Ghira blushes slightly here) Your mother and I do miss the good times with her.

Yang grinned: So you trust me around your daughter then?
Ghira glared: I don’t want my daughter making any dad jokes in this household, and we’ve already been woken up enough times with that little tool in your arm.

Yang: And suppose I tried it on you and Kali?
Ghira:….
Kali:…Oh my!
Blake:…Yang, wha?

Ghira: Excuse me, what are you saying?

Yang grins: My family aren’t strangers to open relationships…Dad was in a relationship with my mom, Ruby’s mom, and even Uncle Qrow…Ruby’s used to having both boys and girls, from smol farmbois, blonde sword bois, her partner, and even Penny that android maiden… (Yang smirks) Penny’s dad helped me add in that function….however? Why stop at entire team….when I can do an entire family?

Blake’s mouth drops at the insane statement her partner/lover just made.
Kali: So forward!
Ghira: My wife and daughter and I are NOT conquests, young lady!

Yang raises her hands up: I never said conquests….I just want to love each and every one of my new family. Besides…I see where Blake gets the Bellabooty from…but what did she get from you I want to know?

Ghira rubs his temples: Why does all the people my little girl fall in love with have to be so complicated!?

Yang: I have catnip to add in.
Kali: Deal!
Ghira: Kali, we haven’t even-
Kali: Don’t tell me you haven’t considered it.

Blake’s ears stiffen: Dad, please say no!
Yang: Daddy, please say yes!
Kali: Blake honey, let us get to know your partner better!

Blake gripped her head….Her father was right…Adam, Sun, Yang….every relationship she got into just HAD to have drama….she either ended it now, while never being able to look at anyone she knew in the face ever again…or she took part, and would never be able to look at anyone else in the face again….

Blake sighed and banged her head against the wall….so many bad decisions she had made over her life…what was one more?

Blake: Yang?
Yang perks up excited.
Blake: You are and always will be dangerous to my mental and physical health.

Yang grins: That’s what Weiss said to Ruby…look at how they ended up…
Blake’s shoulder’s dropped, realizing that was a bad analogy…
Blake: You know what, I give…..
Kali: Awww, thank you sweetie! Mommy is so grateful to you!
Blake glared at her father: I can never respect you again after this, Dad…
Ghira: If you respected my decisions in the first place, you wouldn’t have joined that boi when I told you not to…But we’re not a family of good decisions are we? Just bad drama.
Blake: Just how much worse is this going to get?!

Epilogue: Signal Academy Teacher’s lounge

Taiyang: Qrow what are you doing here? You left Signal a long time ago and I have class to teach.
“He’s here because I’m here”
Taiyang turned to face Raven: I never thought I’d see you show up, Rae. What’s going on?

Raven took a deep breath and exhaled: It’s our daughter.
Taiyang stiffened: What’s happened to Yang? Is she alright? She’s not hurt is she? She’s-
Qrow: Tai, it’s good and bad.
Tai:..explain?
Qrow turned to the teacher staff who had been listening in: Leave the room, now.

One of the teachers opened their mouths before Raven’s eyes glowed and the room crackled with electricity. The teachers had never been so quick to leave the break room.

Raven turned to her Husband and took out her scroll: You’ll want to sit down.

2nd Epilogue: Menagerie

Blake’s scroll beeps, causing her to pick up the scroll and look at a familiar blonde man’s face on the screen: Mr. Xiao Long?

Taiyang: Hello Blake, have you and your family been well?

Blake: Oh! It’s a great, hahaha, Yang’s doing great here, yeah, I um….

Taiyang: Raven was keeping an eye on Yang while in Menagerie.

Blake’s heart stops…he couldn’t know, could he?

Taiyang: When I gave my consent for you to date my daughter, it was with the hope that there NOT be drama like the one that tore my team apart.

Blake: I assure you….my mother was to blame, and Dad was roped into this…I didn’t ask for this drama, I just wanted a relationship that I could commit to that I wouldn’t run away from!

Taiyang nods in understanding: And now?

Blake: I…need an adult…
Taiyang: Should we come visit?

Blake slumps her shoulders: Any help would be great, otherwise I may end up drinking the island dry and trying to kill myself with alcohol poisoning like Qrow.

Qrow: Hey!
Blake: Wait, he’s listening?
Raven: The three of us are….this isn’t something I generally do, but we’ll help. Consider this my one act of kindness for you.

Blake: Thank you…hopefully the three of you can stop this from getting out of hand…

Blake was of course wrong….when two and a half dysfunctional families come together under one roof, there was no way it doesn’t end up out of hand…
