... is what Nate said to Lara when he realized that things were getting a little too hairy. Sometimes even heroes need to know when to retreat but Lara doesn't seem to understand that yet....
I'm very happy that I finally got to use an XPS model of Nathan Drake (Uncharted), even if it's a custom one. I had been wanting to crate 3D renders where I could actually pose both Nathan and Lara as I please and thanks to konradM96 who made a wonderful custom model of Drake, I was finally able to. This piece is far from being perfect as there are a couple of issues with it, notably with perspective and the gunfire (so hard to make!!) but it's okay because I still had a lot of fun making it.
That being said, I will definitely create more renders with that fantastic duo because I just loooooove seeing them together.

Lara: "But...its just up ahead. We're so close. We can't give up now. Not after going through hell to get here."
Drake(bang, bang, bang, bang) "Look, I got only 3 mags left! And that bow puts you at a big disadvantage in a firefight! Plus, your awfully torn up. The odds aren't looking good."
Lara: "To hell with the odds! What about the artifact?!"
Drake: "It'll still be there when we fall back and regroup! We'll be cut to pieces if we continue from here!"
Lara: "How can you be such a bloody damn defeatist?! After all that before, how can you back out on me now?!"
Drake: "I'm no defeatist! Just a realist! And I realize that the world will lose perhaps her greatest treasure hunter if SHE doesn't get out of this place full of freakin' hostiles armed to the teeth!"
Lara(stunned): W-what did...?
Drake: "You heard me right. National treasures come and go and then return on another day. But there's only 1 Lara Croft. The world needs her a lot more than some petty, dime a dozen artifact."
Lara(listens intently)
Drake: "I...need her a lot more."
Lara(takes his hand)(smiles) "Then let's fall back and regroup, Love."
Drake(smiles back)(pulls her along as they make their fighting retreat)Β
