My Baby Superman... I love him so much...

I guess I should mention that I started watching Smallville for the first time ever only a few weeks ago. Yes, I know... How could I, right? Well, the truth is that back when it was live on TV, I was going through an overdose of Superman. I felt like I had seen everything there was to see about him. Not to mention that while Smallville was on, there was not one, not two, but three popular songs that were released about Superman, plus a new movie (Superman Returns) and it was just too much for me.

But then years later, "Man of Steel" came along... and that movie definitely caught my attention because of how different it was from anything I had ever seen before about Superman. The aesthetics of the movie, the way it was filmed, and Henry Cavill totally won me over.

So... I recently decided to start watching Smallville out of pure curiosity. And, well... that TV show is like pure crack even though it's now over 20 years old. I highly recommend it and Tom Welling as Superman is utterly and absolutely adorable. He's not going to replace Henry Cavill as my favourite Superman, but he's definitely my second, by far.

One more thing I need to say: I grew up watching Christopher Reeve as my first Superman ever and I will always have the utmost respect for him. He was and always will be a great Superman.
