So I'm totally psyched about the next Star Trek movie set to be released next May (yeah, seriously, how am I supposed to wait that long?! *pulls hair*). But the problem is that any info about the movie and especially when it comes to new pictures is still ferociously guarded by the producers so we only have our own imagination to try and figure out how the boys (and girl) would look in uniform. Of course they won't be exactly like the ones in the original series but apparently they're pretty close (minus the garish colours I hope) and since it's all I have to work with at the moment, I thought I'd give it a shot anyway.What I did basically was merging Zach's head with Leonard Nimoy's. This was a bitch to make because in the original pic of Zachary, his face was very stubbly and I tried to get rid of some of the facial hair but I don't do miracles, unfortunately. He's going to be so perfect as Spock!
Karl Urban as McCoy will follow very soon.

Yeah XD. You know, my father hates the idea of Zachary playing Spock (he is a huge Star Trek fan and a huge Heroes hater) But I think it will be interesting. And besides, Spock is hot (in his own way xD)and Zachary is too. A question, could I have permission to make an Icon out of your picture? I really liked it! And I would give a lot of credits

I have a friend who's been watching Heroes and she says she hates Sylar so much that she won't be able to go see the new Star Trek movie (and even though she's not a Trekker, she's really into sci-fi). I haven't started watching Heroes yet so my opinion is not tainted regarding Zachary. The bottom line is, he totally has the looks to play Spock and I'm sure he's a very decent actor so it sounds like a win-win situation to me. And even if I do watch Heroes at some point and end up hating Sylar, it will never keep me from watching Star Trek XI. Because a) I LOVE Star Trek and b) my favourite actor will be playing McCoy. There's just no way I would miss this...
And yes, you can use my Spock manip to make an icon. Thanks for asking, I really appreciate it (not everyone does ask).
