Description
My first non-Metroid fan art.
This is the Avatar from C&C3 and Kane's Wrath.This terryfying mech is one of the Brotherhood of Nod's most powerful units. I think C&C3 and Kane's Wrath are really cool and addictive games, although I didn't appreciate the fact that they didn't name it Tiberian Twilight or something like that (since the previous games are Tiberian Dawn and Sun). I really like how all the unit types in the game have their own personality, for example a biker talks really fast and always seems to be in a hurry but the driver of a Mammoth tank talks really slowly and sounds really proud and stuff. The Avatar is like this really creepy bully-type thing. You can even sacrifice your own units to upgrade him.

It's just that they started working on the game in the late 90s or so.
I haven't checked out the game now, just thought it proper to mention since we were talking about postponing games.

Mainly big titles, 'cause the games cost so much, you have to know you're buying quality. Metroid is probably my favorite, still hoping they'll resurrect Metroid Prime -franchise or make a sidescrolling Metroid again. Then there's Zelda, of course. I think we (me and my brothers) have all the Zelda titles since OoT, excluding the new Skyward Sword. I also enjoy other Nintendo titles, and some games by SEGA. Then I bought the new take on 007:Goldeneye, because of nostalgy.
From time to time, I've experimented with smaller-house games, but usually ended up being dissappointed (because they still cost as much as other titles). So yeah, that's about it. How about you?

Yeah, they got the name right. I've been following the game's progress, but I have to say I have mixed feelings. The new gameplay mechanics seem promising, but I can't stand the cartoony way the units look. Especially the flame tank, which used to be one of my favourite units in the other games.

im just wondering if ill like the gameplay with the Crawler system yeah the units are looking the cartoony but aslong the gameplays good and the story aswell and im over the top with the mammoth mk II making a return as the mastodon and the Cyborg commando hell yeah

Yeah, building bases and fighting over tib fields was the whole point of the earlier games, but I guess it can be rewarding to try out new things. And yeah, I'm thrilled about the Mastodon, Zone Infantry and most of the GDI units shown so far. The Cyborg Commando was an awesome unit in tib sun, but doesn't seem all that though in the video, not a slow-moving, battlefield balance-changing bad ass. Just some red ogre jumping about...
