well 1. I didn't really "altering the logo" I just put something behind it to make it stand out ("Entries may not use the Starbucks name or logo other than as contained on the Template") and 2. it says "Create a beverage that defines you and don’t hold back! Use the provided template to express yourself by putting what makes you happy into the cup—whether it’s your favorite thing, a special place, or even people or ideas! The sky is the limit! Can’t fit everything in the cup? That’s fine, overflow it with happiness and create an entire scene!" nowhere does it say I can only put things the make my happy and it say "ideas" ("your favorite thing, a special place, or even people or ideas"). but thank you for liking it

I guess I just looked at the example they displayed and took it literally. I keep seeing computer-generated things and wondering why so few are actually drawing the things they love. It's discouraging when a real media person can't win against a photoshop wizard who simply made the cup look cool when it wasn't even their own design, just "glitz" so to speak. I'm not sure if I'm even going to try...
Not many people even bother looking at my artwork on here so... *sigh*

Aww well don't get down, it can take some time to get lots of people to look at your art.
