Yay, another picture finished! This image was originally from Weekly ATG #2 - pony representing a country, in which I chose Japan.This is Celestia and Luna in kimonos, participating in a bit of nighttime hanami or cherry blossom viewing. Luna is adorable in a kimono! And I like drawing Celestia in her non-trollish form.

No offense, but Celestia looks a little like a giraffe. Her neck's too long. It's not as noticeable on Luna because she's smaller, but they both have really long necks.
Other than that, this is beautiful and I love the idea behind it.

None taken, thank you for the comment! They do have rather long necks, but they also do in the show. I think it just becomes more noticeable here because I tend to draw the heads a little smaller than show proportions.

That's an interesting way to style tails.
So many leave them blank--I guess because it's an alien thought. But it's nice to see them included in pony fashion.
