I decided to go with black. XD I've spent too much time on this over the past few days. I should really go do something productive...I heavily referenced a picture of my dog for this one. I used the grid method which I still haven't decided if I think it's cheating or not. So if you overlay my image with the photo it will probably look like I traced it. Unlike most of my usual reflections, this one was actually drawn separately from the proper angle which I wouldn't have been able to do without the reference image.

I love the idea of it being white for clarity, but the reflection being black 0v0

The white one stands out more. Black kinda blends in to the background, makes it hard to see.

That's my only problem with the black version. XD I think I'm going to lighten the background a bit and the black and see if that's better.

what about brown? maybe itd be easier to use an earth tone? personall i like white though~

I'm trying that now. I couldn't get that to look good earlier, but now it looks better I think. Thanks for the advice! : D

I really like the black one better, but you might want to make the brightness on him /slightly/higher to make him easier to see.

I think your right. I tried a bit to lighten it already, but it stopped looking black. But I will certainly try again if I go with that colour!
