This is the form needed to purchase a Portrait Animation from me. Once you have a place on the list please download or take a screenshot of this form to fill it out in paint or some other program and send me a link to the finished form. The price of each option is the small number in the box. Not all of the options have a cost.

(if you have any questions about what is selected, please ask; I think in some places it may be confusing of what I selected. Also, the Animate Wings are a "No" XD)

(a up-close version of his scars and features) Also, could you please use his "Calm" version? (Blue crescent, blood-red eyes)
I'm not going to be able to pay right away though; I'm saving money so I can have extra to go on vacation next week, so I don't know when I'll be able to buy more points. But I'll contact you as soon as I get some! (so sorry XD)
