I didn’t plan to paint Fenris, but it just happened~So here you go.
I’m sure this scene comes right after Fenris leaves Hawke in the night like nothing ever happened…He is probably afraid to get involved and become a ‘slave’ again (yet this time it is not devotion towards any master, but a feeling and person he loves, similar to an addiction).
And so he drinks, thinking of that whole situation and being nostalgic.
Yep. That’s it.
I like this painting especially because I tried something new - I used only two colors to create that
