Assistant Generation Power - Attack only used by Sailor Sparky. This power allows her to draw any creature or object in her titanium sketch pad and it will come to life.

When the sketch pad is not in use, it hides itself as a thick, silver bangle on her right hand. Her magic pencil transforms into a pair of hair pins in her normal form.

My Final entry to 's contest to draw her in one of her favorite animes. I know the attack name is a little cheesy, but aren't they all? |D Just another attempt at me trying to make it look as convincing as possible.

Btw, just because her outfit is purple, does NOT mean it's Saturn! I stalked your page and I saw that your favorite color was purple, so I wasn't thinking about the fact that the color was already taken.

That aside, I am very happy with how this picture came out. I tried again to stick to the original coloring style used in Sailor Moon, but I couldn't get that grainy effect to make it look authentic.

Yes, I overthink these things THAT much.

This is my first attempt at trying to do one of those fake screenshot things. Did I do it right, or are the words supposed to be on the picture instead of the black bar?
