Description Been doing a little study on drawing environmental things like trees, rocks, sky, water and mountains. I kept them all in one big piece and this is what came out of it. Havn't really paid much concentration one perspective or stuff like that.

Advanced critique encouraged, any comments are welcome, both positive and negative.

The piece was made with my wacom.

I really like this piece. The black and white color style only makes the details more eyecatching when I full viewed it. :] It's almost like a hidden message, covered by a seemingly simple disguise, waiting to be read. The moutains, the water, the distant light in the far end all help to make this piece of a new world you created beautiful and I cannot take my eyes off of it. It's like every time I look, I discover a new detail. :]

The explorer in the lower lefthand corner (at least I think it's a person ;]) almost blends into the landscape but his shield/armor gives him away, because such things do not belong in nature. Maybe that's why he's crouching in the corner, wanting to conquer this land but afraid to disrupt the natural peace. :]

Wow, that was long and kinda not helpful in the critique sense. ;] I guess the only thing is the style of the clouds, for some reasons, they look fingerpainted which clash with the details in the rest of the piece.

Great work! :]
