Here she is; the final art on my Phoenix piece that I donated to the Heroes Con art auction. Done in Copics in my hotel room on Friday night, with a bit of white paint. I think she turned out pretty okay!Related content

Love the pose, cos she's in space I would have thought Dark Phoenix, but it's still amazing work with the markers, the detail is fantastic and she looks extremley sultry - the flesh tones are fantastic, and different to see a more curvatious Jean than is usualy portrayed.

Great coloring! I didn't even know that markers can create that kind of details. Caught my eyes immediately! Yeah the coloring and... huh? Is Jean Grey picking her nose???

I feel privileged that I got to see this in stages. It truly was a birth of beauty....First pencils, then, almost complete, and then, being auctioned to a new owner. LOVED it. The colors really bring this piece to life and that's one of the most beautiful faces EVER on paper.
