"Alright Buraki, Freeze!"

History: In 2007, Boru was left babysitting Gorgo and Munda on Monster Island while their parents were away to fight off an army of dragon beasts at Los Angeles that were lead by Buraki who has finally awaken from his 500 year slumber. Buraki seeks the Yeouiju so that he'll transform into a celestial dragon and rule all of earth and heaven but first decides to pay a visit to his young niece who he can sense with his dark magic. Buraki encounters both Munda and Gorgo and tries to consume them whole in order to get rid of future rivalry as well as means of getting back at one of his brothers, Manda but Boru quickly puts himself in front of the young titans and fights the corrupted dragon. Buraki coils his tail around Boru's legs and slams him hard on the ground several times before coiling his entire body around the bear and squeezing him to death. Boru tries to free himself by biting and clawing the dragon but doesn't deal any damage thanks to Buraki's extremely hardened skin, the corrupted dragon then bites onto Boru's throat which in turn poison's him with dark magic from his fangs. Buraki seemingly snaps Boru's neck and allows him to fall limp to the ground, roaring in victory and carries on to consume Munda and Gorgo but discovers they are no longer in his sight. While hiding behind a pile of sharp rocks, Gorgo and Munda spot Boru lying lifeless on the ground and keep on urging him to get up, for they don't believe that he would never lose to an evil titan. This grabs Buraki's attention, he swiftly coils around the kids and slowly prepares to swallow them whole. Boru wakes up in shock to see the kids screaming in tears which enrages him upon seeing an evil psychopath bout to eat his favorite playmates. Boru stands up with an aggressive roar and all of a sudden turns icy blue, spikes shooting out his back, an icicle like beard, a much longer furrier tail and blue stripes all over his body that resembles ancient Neanderthal language and cures him from the dark magic poisoning. Boru blast an ice breath toward Buraki which freezes his whole body and takes the kids under his arms as he places them on the same rocky spot and hides them within a small glacier which is transparent from the inside. Buraki free's himself from his frozen prison and fights Boru again, making sure that he'll stay dead. Before he can make the first move, Boru summons ice spikes from beneath the ground which not only hold Buraki in place but causes him freezing pain. Boru then puts the hurt on Buraki by clawing him with ice claws and frost bites that are now able to deal some real damage to the dragons skin. Enraged upon actually feeling pain in a long time, Buraki slithers out of the ice spikes and once again coils his whole body around the bear. However, Boru encase's his whole body in an armor of ice that successfully protects him from Buraki's squeeze no matter how tight he constricts or tries to bite through the armor. Boru decides to end this by grabbing onto the dragons tail, flings him into the air and shouts a blizzard roar which sends a Buraki further high up and clearing the dark clouds that covered the island upon his arrival. After painfully falling onto the beach, Boru angrily roars at Buraki that if he ever shows up on the island again, he won't be so merciful. Frightened and too injured to fight back, Buraki slithers off into the ocean so that he'll heal his injuries and continue his main goal to eat the Yeouiju, making sure that his brothers and every other titan will feel his wrath. Once he sees him vanish, Boru checks on the kids who have cheered him on for fending off the evil titan, frees them from the glacier and turns back to normal upon using that form for too long that tiredly exhausts him. Gorgo and Munda greet him with a huge bear hug for saving their lives and winning the fight which Boru cannot help but smile to. Manda, Nessie, Ogra and Gorosaurus return to see how Boru has handled their son and daughter to which they all reply to them saying that their day was chilling and cool.

Abilities
Ice Breath: Similar to Anguirus and the Jötunns (Ice Borers), Boru can also emit an atomic ice breath that freeze's any opponent's body instantly, his spines and eyes glow every time he charges the attack.

Enhanced Durability: Not only is Boru's strength more enhanced but also his defense as well which allows him to be unharmed by any beam attacks from an opponent.

Glacial Shield: Boru is able to cover his whole body in a armor of ice that protects him against any physical attack and he can do the same thing to his allies/friends in case they are in need of protection.

Ice Claws: 10 times more powerful than his normal claw attacks, Boru can encrust his forearms with ice and a huge amount of damage, even being sufficient enough to stop the Hydra from growing it's heads back.

Freezing Spikes: By raising his arms up, Boru can summon ice shaped like spike that can stab and seize any enemy in freezing place, which in turn makes them cold to the touch.

Icicle Spines: Like a Porcupine, Boru can constantly shoot his sharp ice like spines from his back that deal some damage to any weak spots his enemies have.

Frost Bite: Boru's jaw strength becomes so much colder and stronger that he's able to crunch off Manticore's wings, Megaguirus's stinger, and one of Pulgasari's horns.

Blizzard Roar: 5 times louder and stronger than his average roar, its able to freeze and damage through even the hottest titans such as Obsidius and Fire Bird.

Bonus Facts: I based Ice Boru off of Tornaq from Colossal Kaiju Combat, Frostbite from Danny Phantom and Seth's Cryolophosaurus from Dinosaur King.

Even in a hot environment, Boru can still transform into his ice form with the right amount of anger and quickly lower the hot temperature down to below 0 degrees.

Another way Boru can transform is if he's is within Arctic or Antarctic water for too long or hit with a blast of either Anguirus or Ice Borer's ice breath.

The only downside that Boru has in this form is that he's no longer a fast runner but makes up for it by being so strong, he even made Bagan fall flat the ground with just an iced punch to the face.

In this form, he was able to kill Manticore, AstroGodzilla, A trio of alpha Trilopods and even the Hydra.

Roar: Modified Bear roars and growls combined with Beast's roars from Beauty And The Beast and Cave Bear roars from Prehistoric Park.
